Your program is designed to give you more flexibility than a traditional fixed school schedule.
Complete your CIMA by Milady theory coursework online at your own pace. Students have up to 6 months to complete the online theory portion and may finish sooner.
You'll choose your Orientation and Practical Clinicals from available dates.
Practical Clinical availability:
Monday–Wednesday: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 1:30 PM–5:30 PMEach Practical Clinical is 4 hours. Continue scheduling available clinical dates until your required hours and practical performances have been completed.
State Board exam-prep sessions can be scheduled when you're approaching program completion and ready to prepare for your exams.
Requirements & Important Information
Students must successfully complete all required coursework, clock hours, practical performances, assessments, and program requirements to graduate from Peach Rose Academy.
Online coursework and activity are tracked through CIMA by Milady. In-person attendance and practical performances are documented by Peach Rose Academy.
Because required clock hours must be documented, late arrivals, early departures, and missed Practical Clinicals do not earn the missed training time and may require additional clinical attendance.
Students who do not complete their online theory within the 6-month timeframe may be required to request an extension and pay any applicable extension fee to maintain access. Extension terms are subject to Peach Rose Academy's enrollment policies.
Completion of the training program does not constitute Virginia licensure. Virginia Wax Technician applicants qualifying through a licensed Virginia school must complete an approved 115-hour program and meet the Board's applicable examination and licensing requirements.

Theory Only – Part I is designed for students who want to begin their Wax Technician education with the online theory portion first. Complete your coursework through CIMA by Milady at your own pace while still receiving support and guidance from a Peach Rose Academy instructor.
You won't be sitting in a classroom on a fixed weekly schedule—and you won't be learning completely on your own either. Your instructor will review and respond to assigned CIMA discussion questions and is available by email when you need assistance with your coursework.
Once you successfully complete Part I, you can enroll in Practical Only – Part II when you're ready to begin hands-on training.

Begin by selecting an available date for TO-01 Theory Only Orientation, a 2-hour virtual orientation.
After orientation, complete your CIMA by Milady coursework online at your own pace using your computer or compatible mobile device.
Students have up to 6 months to complete Part I and may finish sooner.
There are no weekly in-person classes or predetermined class schedules for Theory Only.. Your progress is based on completing your assigned coursework, assessments, and required theory hours.
State Board theory exam preparation can be scheduled when you're approaching completion and ready to prepare for your exam.
Requirements & Important Information
Theory Only is Part I of the Peach Rose Academy Wax Technician Program.
Students must successfully complete all assigned CIMA coursework, assessments, required theory hours, and other Part I requirements.

Peach Rose Academy Theory Only students must successfully complete Part I, enroll in Practical Only – Part II, and complete PO-01 Practical Only Orientation before beginning WTP-03 Practical Clinicals.
Practical training is completed in person at Peach Rose Academy.
Your actual attendance time is documented. Because required clock hours must be completed, late arrivals, early departures, and missed Practical Clinicals do not earn the missed training time and may require additional clinical attendance.
Students must complete both the required practical clock hours and all required practical performances. Completing the hours alone does not complete Part II if required performances remain outstanding.

Enrollment in Peach Rose Academy programs is a financial commitment. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund eligibility are subject to the Peach Rose Academy Enrollment Agreement and applicable program policies. Missed classes, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to complete required coursework or hours do not qualify for a refund. If Peach Rose Academy cancels a class or program, affected students will be offered an appropriate rescheduling, transfer, or refund option.
